Hello, I am contacting you regarding offering to speak at your Rotary Club this Winter/Spring. I am a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker and I conduct a few free leadership training talks as part of my overall marketing plan. I am also a certified John Maxwell DISC Method Trainer and Consultant. I have 2 Maxwell related talks on leadership that I would suggest for your club. Both talks discuss key leadership strategies to communicate more effectively through someone’s DISC style: Maxwell DISC Method: Provides an overview of DISC and how it can enhance communication in work place, at home, or in the general public. By end of the talk, participants will have general insights into the behavior and communication styles of both themselves and others Everyone Communicates Few Connect : An overview of John C Maxwell’s Everyone Communicates Few Connect, which will raise awareness that leadership is influence and influence involves connecting with others.
